My experiance: CFI for a couple years, get your 1200 hours, I got on flying a baron 135 single pilot for a couple years building time. I think that is a good route to go because you have grow up and make the decisions yourself. You cant rely on the Capt. Try not to have the "tunnel vision" for the regionals right now, because there may be something bigger and better out there that you may not know about....only because you are so young in the industry.
