Im not an Airline Pilot.. but if im not wrong and you wanna move higher, I think you can try NetJets... its better than any regional.. and you get paid more! They have bases here in south Florida....

These are their minimums:

Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (Multi-Engine Land)
Current FAA First Class Medical certificate
2500 hours total pilot time
500 hours fixed wing multi-engine time
250 hours instrument time (actual or simulated in flight - excludes simulator time)

Let me say this again... im not an Airline Pilot... I just know from what I see online!! and these are the minimums posted on their website!... of course if you really want to go to a regional then this is not an option.
