It seems like it from looking at this. I'd probably put atl320 first, atl7er second, and atl717 third to try and avoid commuting. Also if I understand from reading this thread they assign aircraft based off of people's preferences and then if that does not work then allocate based off of who has the lowest last four of their SSN.
The other thing to note is that virtually everyone was able to change bases I’d they wanted. If you take an airframe you want in a base you don’t, you
probably won’t have to wait long. No guarantees, just food for thought.
