The interview questions are going to be similar for all the airlines. What’s important is how you carry yourself, that your documents are in order, that your logbook lines up with your experience (times add up/not messy, requirements are proven etc.), that you can openly speak to the questions asked.
Don’t answer with sarcasm or hostility and show humility and growth in your career.
As to the line ops scenario, they want to see you cooperate and integrate with your crew—delegate and be a leader leading you to making a logical and safe decision in the time allotted. Do what you would do in real life. Show your CRM skills like you do on the job. Make a decision!
The interview team wants to see who you are within a short time frame, and everyone you interact with has potential input.
Don’t overthink it by trying to analyze their question or what you think they want to hear.
I prepped for tons of scenarios and didn’t even get to tell my good stories!
