I think the seniority spring is wound about as tight as it can take and there will be a massive drop in the time to hold Oak. It’s raining premium right now and the etops seat lock makes a 6 month cross country commute to weekend reserve about as appealing as a colonoscopy for a senior FO on the east coast. There are guys clearing 200tfp/ month in FEBRUARY! There are over 300 scheduled upgrades before September when the senior FO’s might consider grabbing one last premium vacation week before throwing their hat in for a left seat bid. If only 1 in 3 guys take the upgrade by Sept (entirely plausible) an early 2015 hire Captain isn’t out of the question this year.
