I have an interview within the week. On a scale of 1-10, how screwed am I?

Context: overspeed the flaps on final from a localizer approach landing into DCA after talking with the FO that we were ok to defend below MDA. In other word, I fell behind the airplane and realized I was about 15kts above Vapp when we weee 50 ft above the ground, should have just called a go around. Landed within the touchdown zone with roughly half to 1/3 of landing distance remaining when going to a full stop, so the aircraft was not at risk of overshooting the runway.

Own it. No excuses. They need to believe that not only are you not going to make the same mistake again, but that the experience has made you a better pilot. It's definitely a wrench, but I dont think it's insurmountable. Emphasis on no excuses. Good luck!
