I have an interview within the week. On a scale of 1-10, how screwed am I?

Context: overspeed the flaps on final from a localizer approach landing into DCA after talking with the FO that we were ok to defend below MDA. In other word, I fell behind the airplane and realized I was about 15kts above Vapp when we weee 50 ft above the ground, should have just called a go around. Landed within the touchdown zone with roughly half to 1/3 of landing distance remaining when going to a full stop, so the aircraft was not at risk of overshooting the runway.

Don’t sweat it! Now you have a story like the rest of us. It’ll be fresh in your mind too. Like others have said, own it and you’ll be fine.
