I did the interview in October, the HR person didn’t even realize it was an aviate interview. She asked me if I could be available for three months if accepted. I let her know I can’t make that commitment right now as I’m about a year from being complete with the hours requirement. As for the technical side I’m not sure if was the same as an OTS interview or not. No flows or limits questions. Mostly briefing and CRM stuff.
