Aviate is not a flow, it’s a pathway to a Legacy Airline job. When the Aviate candidates are going through their program, they are constantly being evaluated for their professionalism, reliability, and skills. They still have to go through one of our Regional Airline partners also. This is a long interview!!!

I am against flows!!! Anyone can be on their best behavior for a few hours. I was witness to a flow when I was at Compass. There were pilots that were abusing their sick time, busting training events, etc. They had the flow to Delta and knew all they had to do was remain employed with Compass to cash in on the flow.
