Well... while we're down the rabbit hole. Might as well speculate what the flow would look like. Just shift over the FIFO list to a straight single file line of names? Do they have to hit certain flight time / employment time at a UAX regional before going? Or whenever your # is called, off you go? What happens with the Aviate school?

With the Aviate UAX regionals getting some pay bumps and (possibly) flow, time will tell if that's enough to, A. keep those regionals alive and, B. See whether or not it stops people from jumping ship to greener pastures like ULCCs, cargo etc. If I were a betting person I would say the announcement is not a flow. Though, the Aviate program needs it badly. Finally, a flow wouldn't be all that different than what exists today IMO.
