I was hired late last year. Based on the seniority progression page on CCS, i’ll meet the current SFO 777 CA plug number in 20ish years. A lot of stuff will change by 2042 so it’s impossible to gauge accurately of course.
For sure, as the past two years has shown literally anything can happen at anytime. It’s like saying who will win the super bowl ten years from now. That’s being said it’s a great time (ironically considering the pandemic) to be getting on board, regional flying transitioning to mainline, retirements, orders….even this pessimist is optimistic
