I have no special insight; but in the past they’ve made a Company Presentation, had a few management folks run a Q&A as well as at a minimum; some 1:1 time with a CP or Pilot Recruiter
historically a number of interviews have also been conducted on the day

make sure your airline apps details & resume are current; . Bring copies. Have a couple of questions ready. Be prepared to Interview or be invited to Denver.
consider a MtC to be your best opportunity to get to F9 and treat it as such.
