About two weeks prior to start date I got my employee number, used to create a login to deltanet. With that, you can go to the scheduling tab and look at monthly trip awards to get an idea of what things are like. Some other reports there too.
Widgetseniority (google it) is a good tool to help you get an idea of what seniority is like at difference bases and equipment. I’d look at the senior and mid seniority for each category to get more information. Junior NB B at every base is almost the same (12k+). The site is free for new hires who don’t have a category yet.
