How can it be a "uniform" if we all wear something different? Single or double breasted, I don't care, just pick ONE. Scarves, ties, bland or pop of color? At least we all have the same brain insulation to keep us warm in the summer. I can't wait to see the redesigned, comfortable, commutable hats. Do we get a choice like the jackets? Embroidered ballcap with our callsign? I'm holding out for a well ventilated boonie hat that collapses flat in my suitcase.

Oh and we don't need the company to approve flat front pants with different rise options. We already pick from the sale rack at Kohl's or Marshalls.

​​​​​​The most disappointing thing I took from the message is that our leadership is so busy trying to make everyone feel included that they can't be relied on to make a decision. No wonder we have so many fleets, they can't even decide between single and double breasted jackets.
