-800s are definitely better performing planes, just older and thus don’t have all the “creature comforts”
Yeah, it's always fun coming out of SFO/LAX/SAN and crossing Colorado at FL300/320 dodging the thunderstorms while others are up high wondering what all the deviations are about.
