I got a CJO last November and I wasn't a check airman. I had just over 4000+ TT, 1000+ tpic, CL65 and ERJ 170/190 type ratings, bachelors degree and an internal letter of endorsement. I think you have a chance, keep your app updated and try to get someone to give you a letter of endorsement. Good luck.
