This is about more than being anti-pilot. This “management” team is just straight up incompetent. We’re running a scheduled service and on time performance isn’t even in their top 10 priorities. Easy fix though. Just blame all the “business partners” and the icy ramps. I’m actually starting to get a bit worried about our future.
