Plan on min pay, nothing more, because if you don't, you can really screw yourself financially if you count on more and things go wrong.
I am a 11+ year 747 Capt. I have gotten 130+ credit twice: Once as FO on the only month I outbased, and once as Capt.
In Nov I flew a few legs. Dec 2 legs. Jan a few legs, and Feb 2 legs. I did make about $13K takehome pay on the few legs I flew in Jan. My situation is unusual for current Atlas pilots, but it can easily happen to you.
I do know of FOs flying overtime, and making 20K+ recently. I normally fly a bit of overtime here and there. I don't outbase, because there are ALWAYS certain days off per month I try and get.
