Even with shorter upgrade times, which is appearing to not be true anymore, the only way you could maybe make more money here is if A) you do upgrade quickly and B) you have less than 20 years left in your flying career. And with all the"1500 hour wonders" (as you say) coming down the pipe, I'm going to go ahead and assume that most of them have way more than 20 years left and will be out of here as soon as the first legacy calls. I'm not working against anyone. All I'm against is a false narrative....from ANYONE.
You know, we have nearly 3000 pilots on property. Sure we are losing “some”, but you make it sound like everyone that comes here wants to leave at the first chance. Just because some may have a desire to go, doesn’t mean it’s the majority. Stop being so hyperbolic about it.
Spirit has advantages and disadvantages just like every other airline, but it is still a great place to call a career at.
