Thanks to all that replied. It is reassuring to hear positive feedback. As a follow up question, is gateway travel limited to the US only or will it be entertained (within reason) for locations outside the US. For example YYZ?

We currently have people who live abroad that gateway to work. Our new contract is still being finalized, so there may be some changes. Still I wouldn't anticiate too much trouble, especially from someplace like YYZ.
