Have you flowed yet? Yes, they made the claim of 2.5/5.5 but it would have literally been possible maybe for 75 to 100 pilots before the flow time started climbing again. It's more than disingenuous to claim that for everyone hired when they knew it wasn't true. I left for Endeavor, and while still a regional, I was treated far better than any day I had at Envoy.
Got hired at the widget. The claim was 2.5 and 6 not 5.5. Disingenuous that EVERYONE will have that flow time? Sure, I’ll buy that. Not arguing it. Just saying it was/will be in very near future for some, therefore true for some. Also saying that I always had the attitude of I’ll believe a 6 year flow when I see it.
