SEA looks to be far more junior. Someone with 5 years seniority would be 45% in DTW and 14% in SEA in the right seat. With regards to left seat, that same 5 year seniority is about the same for DTW and SEA(95 and 94%, respectively). SEA is about 15% larger than DTW currently.
