if this is the case then we should see upgrade times for NB CA drop dramatically in the next year...someone said it is at 4.5 years here, well if this scenario holds water then I could see that number get cut in half. FOs will just a little bit of seniority will start passing on those NYC CA slots in large numbers dropping it to people with 2-3 years on property...but I agree with some other people's post that the WB FO slots that are available in the junior realm in NYC, LAX, and MIA are just not that desirable to alot of people....
