Most of those threads are what they “really made” plus a little extra to make themselves feel good, a touch more for you to think they are awesome, and 401k on top. Yes, the double time JA is awesome, I want that. Last year was very good in that respect to many over there. Most of my friends were over it though. They were worn out of being forced to work, being forced to be gone.
