Four of my closest friends are SWA 12 year CA’s… one DAL, two PHX, and one OAK. EXCLUDING 401k, they all made 370-400 as CA’s… they all worked less then I did, had more days off but made 370-400 as 12 year CA’s. If it’s that easy to make 400k at SWA as a 3rd year FO, the above thread would not exist. If it’s that easy to make that money over there as a FO, every FO at AS should run there….. I am not eyes wide shut, not listening, if it’s true I am doing them a favor by telling them to leave.
I want better work rules, expect I will get them soon, I am just tired of idiots blowing smoke!

A senior FO is not a 3rd year FO.
"His schedule looks miserable" gets translated in your post to "if it's that easy to make 400k as a 3rd year FO..."
I hope you slow down when you're reading checklists.
