Smoke…. Some make 250-350…. But they are doing more then just a little effort. Sorry, you can’t have your cake and eat it too. If you making “well over” 300k at SWA as a FO, you are hustling….not just “putting in a little effort.”

Why would this thread exist if that statement were true🤔

After 4+ years I’m giving serious consideration of another airline. After seeing what’s happening at other airlines in terms of upgrades, progression and contracts it’s hard to ignore what’s happening here. I guarantee my 4 buddies that are 12 year CAs at SWA, would describe themselves as flying their lines and “putting in a little extra effort” and they are making 370-400 as 12 year CAs
