There will be some pressure on the company to get this JCBA done so that they can merge the pilot lists, but don't think that there isn't a million other important things they need to do. There's all sorts of merging they can do without us. Reservation systems, HR depts, branding, finance, IT etc.

Its not like the plan is dead in the water until they sign our new joint contract. All kinds of non flight ops stuff they need to do. We are only one piece of a huge plan.

That being said, I do believe that we are in a very strong position to get a great contract. If we can take some of it best provisions from each contract and add money on top... we will be doing just fine
