If everything is true, his career will not be saved. HIMS saves your career, and there's 1,000 hoops you have to go through continuously to do that. Once you operate a plane under the limit, it's over. Maybe you can find some flight instruction or small part 91 place if your certs don't all get revoked and they don't google your name.
