I don’t know the ALV history of your category but a high ALV in a overmanned category is usually one of two things. The category might be overmanned in one base but short in others or the ALV has been running low and they have to meet the min contractual requirements.
if I’m not mistaken the min TLV is 73, 73NB is above that. As a 73NB I have gotten a few calls for GSs over the past few months (but outside of systemwide meltdowns not a ton of calls) maybe they just want better coverage? But yeah I was kinda surprised too to see 84 ALV with an extra XX day.
