Our rates are
not the same. Year 12 might be ballpark, but all the steps between are not. At some points over $11/hr difference, or $11,000/yr. I don’t think that’s the same.
Further, for a large percentage of us it has nothing to do with flying widebodies. It has everything to do with seniority. Whether that be through retirements, or whether it be through staying on a narrow body fleet while other people fly the widebodies. Both DL and UAL have seniority calculators and the difference compared to JB is staggering.
