This is all about NATO continuing to exist. Without Russia to play the bad guy there is no reason for NATO or US force projection throughout much of the world. The Pedodollar absolutely depends on having credible enemies to threaten our allies. If Germany and Russia had peace and trade say, THROUGH THE NORDSTREAM PIPELINE, then Germany needs no US help or bases. The whole NATO thing would die and we'd go back to defending Israel to at least somewhat control middle-eastern oil. Maybe we could goad Iran to attack them or something. Right now we have a Euro/Russian war, a Israel/Arab war, and a Taiwan/China war potential and we're going to have to win all three to stay dominant.

PS. Putin actually wanted to join NATO for trade reasons. Trump was on board but the rest of the Wokestern World wouldn't have it because Putin is too based and red pilled. But this is another story.
