Exactly. Rolling Thunder is nice but not necessary at all. Just get something at the end of the month (5 day = 6 PB days etc) and then drop PB's all over next month sched. More pay and WAY less work.
you need positive reserve coverage to use banked PB days, something my category has not had in months
