Unless things have changed since I was interviewing, the job fair meet and greets or “interviews” didn’t do much except maybe give you a point on the computer scored application or trigger a manual scoring of the app with a set of eyes. Getting to speak to a recruiter didn’t require any real qualifications, but maybe that has changed.

To actually land a real interview either requires amazing connections or competitive qualifications.
