I thought I should point this out to those of you who are interested in working here. This was a comment posted by an "Associate Talent Acquisition Partner" under an article on the company website about the Ascend Pilot Academy.

"Very excited to see the Academy finally launching. Hope we can change the face that we see in the flight deck. Will be exciting to see our first candidates go thru the program."

How about trying to hire the best pilot candidates without worrying about filling quotas and what demographic the pilot candidates fit into?

The company allows an offensive comment like that to stay up, while non-offensive, but truthful comments by rank and file pilots have been deleted in the past.
