How about trying to hire the best pilot candidates without worrying about filling quotas and what demographic the pilot candidates fit into?
The company allows an offensive comment like that to stay up, while non-offensive, but truthful comments by rank and file pilots have been deleted in the past.

I can bet you my last company store credit dollar, zero people applying here care about your whining, they'll see your comment and continue applying. You think your faux anti-woke whiny comment is going to deter applicants and not our rubbish contract or quality of life? Hahahaha. I'll love to see what you guys think of United or Delta's recruitment campaign.
