It's pretty iron clad because it's in the contract (and they actually follow the contract over there). Why do it that way? Because bumping that one passenger might mean that 76 others on the commuting pilot's assigned flight will get where they need to go on time.
Is positive space actually in the Endeavor contract or is it just on the same LOA that DL mainline got that has an expiration date?
