For mil they want all OPRs. Did anyone get asked for training reports for UPT / B course since those periods are not covered by OPRs? So if your career covers 11 years, you don't have OPRs for the first two.
Also, potential answer to a previous question I asked for TR reservist. I printed off a statement of service to verify my stay in lieu of orders.
They only want exactly what they ask for. It’s sort of a directions following exercise. I brought my training reports in my bag just in case but have never heard of anyone having to provide those. They see like 50-100 military folks a month, they get it. They understand your first 2 years aren’t covered in OPRs.
If it makes you feel better (which is a good enough reason to do it on interview day), print anything that covers the gaps and toss it in your briefcase/folder. Do not provide it unless asked though.
Also, don’t put stuff in sleeves or add tabs, etc. You are literally gonna dump all the required docs loose leaf into a big pile on a table.
