Also, people believe that they failed the personality test, when the reality no one knows what it was the failure of the assessment. It could be the personality or it could be the cognitive part of the assessment.

You can’t answer what you think “delta wants” on the test.
What it comes down to is the difference in opinion in what you think “earned” is vs what I think “earned” is.

I think earning something means doing everything you can to enhance your resume (TPIC, Chief Pilot, Military, LCA, no failures etc).
It seems your idea of earning something is passing a subjective personality test or playing shape sudoku.
As it stands your idea of earning it is in line with the Delta pilot selection team’s idea of earning it. My idea of earning it is not.
