This is kinda delta SOP. Guum used to tell the union the pilots will be a lot happier at endeavor once the company does some road shows to explain how good theyve got it. That was may'ish of 2014. Delta is going to make RE jump through all the hoops over the next couple months, betting things will get better. If youre at a road show be polite but tell him you remain unconvinced. Truthfully, the more pilots leave the faster Delta will make a decision. I hope the futures bright but keep your head on straight and keep an eye open for the next opportunity.
