I'm a 121 Regional FO looking with the ability to hold weekends off now. The reason for the weekends off are due to my wife working weekends at a hospital and we have a young one at home. I like my schedule that I can hold but the commuting on days off to and from work waste a whole 24 hours that I could have at home as well as the cost of an additional expense of a crashpad are getting old. Just curious if my thought of moving to FlexJet with a paid commute (I live in a FJ base) would be doable with a schedule that we are trying to keep right now.
