Default The Formula

Good day APC, and JB guys'n'gals. I was wondering what the ideal candidate for JB looks like in 2022. Has anything changed? Last I heard the ideal candidate should have between 3000-4000 hours, preferrably jet/121/pic time. A degree helps, and so does veteran status. I have all but Jet PIC. I am also a resident of NYC. I haven't heard a word (resume and cover letter proof read professionally). I'm about to go over their goldielocks hour range. How much jet PIC before they take a candidate seriously?
