I haven't heard a word (resume and cover letter proof read professionally). I'm about to go over their goldielocks hour range. How much jet PIC before they take a candidate seriously?
I know 3 or 4 people who got hired here in the last year with 0 jet PIC. It's definitely not as big of a deal as it used to be.
