Instead of getting the green light, I got a red one forcing me to check my schedule. The reroute replaced two short legs with one long leg to a 10-hour layover. It also made my legal duty day longer since I only had two instead of three legs. So, long story to say just because you don’t answer your phone or check your schedule doesn’t mean you can’t still be rerouted.
Just as a reminder, you are only required to be rested for the duty period you have scheduling. You do not have to be rested for the max possible FDP.
