Watch out for that 1st paycheck after training is complete. Mine was even lower than training pay. I was shocked. It's because they prorate your training pay and flight pay for the month. I got a 3/4 share of training pay, coupled with a flight advance of only $400 (prorated because I only worked 1 week in AUG at flight pay). Then all the taxes and insurance taken out left me about $300 short of what I was used to getting .
