What does it matter that it has been 30 years since it’s achieved independence? That’s like saying Japan has a right to Korea since they have only been out of there for 75 years.

You can equivocate all you want but Putin is an evil war criminal who is trying to run roughshod over an independent democratic country because he thought he could and that nobody would do anything about it.

Yes there are “reasons” he’s doing this but they’re harmful, totally incongruent with our relatively peaceful world order, and certainly shouldn’t be apologized for by any freedom loving american.

The fact that you have to explain to people that Putin hates America, hates everything we stand for and wants to see us burn to the ground for what we did to the USSR, regardless of whether you vote red or blue.
