All of those things you're commenting on happened AFTER the TA was presented to the membership...as a comparison to the Now Versus Then...just don't recall a repetitive attack on ALPA leadership in 2013 as we negotiated towards what wound up being CBA2015
good point. perhaps this is the hangover effect, but consider this: the time between when the TA was presented and when it was voted on wasn’t enough for a thorough analysis, and so what had were union reps and their cheerleaders telling the membership that this was the best we could get so get on board and vote yes. perhaps this go around we plant a seed of skepticism so as to achieve the pillars as stated in the openers. pillars that we failed to achieve in ‘15 when everyone was saying that we were better positioned than any time in history to do so.
