Our management realizes this is the 21st century. 90% of pilots read APC and 100% of pilots have choices these days. These tactic are no doubt having an overall negative return on their goal of growth and prosperity for the company. From afar it seems like they are trying to push people away. Worst pay in the industry, horrible moral, and long upgrades compared to the industry. Makes sense our seniority list has been stagnant/ shrinking for the last 4 months. What has it been since the last upgrade class 6 months? Even people who were gung-ho, Frontier for life seem to be switching their tune after the latest round of abuse from management. Very interesting strategy from the top.
