I’ve read trip drops are not really existent lately, longer upgrade times, high hours schedules etc. I realize it has been touched on before, but with all that’s happening (covid, inflation, big 6 all hiring etc), is it still a place of choice for many?
I double what Toonces has to say with regards to answering your question. I also live in base and love my job here. We’ve got so many issues that need to be resolved though, and lately, I find myself reevaluating my situation and potentially wanting to go elsewhere. Given our present state of affairs, I’d have a really hard time with trying to sell anyone on coming to JB.
