Most people far exceed the minimum standard. Perhaps if that standard were raised somewhat people who may not be cut out for upgrade would get weeded out early?
This has nothing to do with the Instagram hero thread though. We may find what he posts to be cringe worthy, but the guy did meet the standards and has been signed off as a 756 captain.
Agree. But, as with most threads, they tend to naturally move in directions not directly related to the title. As to my question, since United, American, Delta FDX, UPS,SWA have the pick of the litter wrt candidate selection, and they all have the same issues, I was just wondering who he was referring to. That’s all.
