No idea. Right now I would presume Junior as overtime opportunities are aplenty. You will without a doubt make more on overtime for the same amount do days. The only thing Outbasing will benefit someone is for guaranteed minimum hours. But for the time being with Article 33 pay we are getting guys guaranteed 200 hr bid lines or near about from what I've read. Why anyone would Out-base is beyond me.
I understand. But I'm not cou tong with the article 33. If I get in next month and take 4 month of training I may never see the article 33.So I need to understand how available the system is for me to work with it living in the PNW....and possible moving to Florida next year. Family and mortgage are things that make you want to have everything figure out correctly. I'm lucky to have a very independent wife.
